Thank you for shopping with Quillifera by A Bit Orange LLC. Because we specialize in handcrafted quilting products — including cut goods, kits, and printed paper patterns — please read this policy carefully before purchasing.
1. General Returns
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you have an issue with your order, please contact us at support@quillifera.com as soon as possible so we can make it right.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund once processing has begun:
- Cut Goods & Quilt Kits: Customized items and "cut goods" (such as quilt kits or specific fabric lengths) cannot be cancelled or refunded once processing has started.
- BOM (Block of the Month) Subscriptions: BOM subscriptions are not eligible for cancellation or return. There are no refunds for orders already processed.
- Digital Products & Patterns: Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales are final.
3. Pre-Order Cancellations
You may cancel a pre-order at any time prior to fulfillment; however, a 15% administrative cancellation fee will be applied to the refund. Once a pre-order has been fulfilled and prepared for shipment, it can no longer be cancelled — please refer to our returns process below.
4. Subscription Cancellations

BOM Subscriptions are not eligible for cancellation once enrolled.
- There are no refunds for subscription orders already processed.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@quillifera.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will work to resolve it promptly with a replacement or store credit.
6. Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs (where applicable) are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
7. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return or refund request, please:
- Email us at support@quillifera.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Wait for our team to review and respond — we aim to reply within 2 business days.
- If approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.
