Purchase & Cancellation Policy

This policy outlines the terms and conditions for subscriptions and pre-orders. By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms specified below.

1. Subscription Terms

  • Recurring Deliveries: By purchasing a subscription, you authorize Quillifera to process repeat deliveries based on the frequency and duration selected at the time of purchase.

  • Billing & Security: Your payment information is stored securely via encrypted payment processor by shopify. You will be automatically charged for each recurring delivery unless you have opted for a "Prepaid" subscription.

  • Automatic Renewal: Certain subscription tiers may auto-renew at the conclusion of their initial term. To prevent unwanted renewals, you must cancel your subscription or contact us before processing your delivery. BOM Subscriptions are not eligible for cancellation or return.

  • Management & Cancellation: BOM Subscriptions are not eligible for cancellation. There are no refund for orders already processed, for more visit our Returns and Refunds Policy" page.  

2. Pre-Order Policy

  • Definition: A pre-order is a purchase of a product that is currently out-of-stock or has not yet been released into general inventory on future dates.

  • Payment: Payment is collected in full at the time of checkout to reserve your item.

  • Cancellation Fees: You may cancel a pre-order at any time prior to fulfillment; however, a 15% administrative cancellation fee will be applied to the refund.

  • Fulfillment Status: Once a pre-order has been fulfilled and prepared for shipment, it can no longer be cancelled. In such cases, please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy.

3. Exclusions & Refunds

  • Cut Goods/Kits/BOM: Please note that customized items and "cut goods" (such as quilt kits/ specific fabric lengths) are ineligible for cancellation or refund once processing has begun.
